 I get fake women liking my profile picture. They are always in their early 20s and live in my 'border' states. Their user name is always a first and last name with a two digit number after it. When I get too many of them, I know it's time to change my picture.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

 I get them all the time. I replied the first 2 times and they both wanted me to join their webcam site. I ignore them now.

 The site works differently for male and female profiles apparently.
I get flirts occasionally from standard male profiles who I am assuming have run out of points to send an inbox message or initiate a chat conversation - or maybe they are on a smartphone and can't see how points work.
I don't respond to the flirts... The system doesn't show a timestamp for when they took place. But the main reason I don't reply is because when sending them an inbox message they are not likely to be able to read it without a paid membership, or using up points to pay to un-blur the message contents.
