.......just this week, i receive an email. The thumbnail sketch.....which is all i am allowed ...says he is age 55. A regular introductory email. I respond with..." thank you but you are way off in age /distance. " His response, " oh but i travel and the age is not way off, that picture is 10 yrs old, i have less hair now, but i am age 69" I answer with, " so what am i to believe, either you lied when you signed on or you are lying now?" He responded with, ' I guess my being married is a problem". Never acknowledged the age factor/lie. As LaLa said....take anything everyone says here with an enormous grain of salt . Wise woman , she is... Oy Vey ~~.

LOL, you are so right and what you say is so true. Seems that many people lie about their age and probably everything else including using pics that are 12 years old. So yes, take everything with a healthy grain of salt. Doesn't stop me from looking though.

To some our preferences shouldn't matter. This is a sex site. Not a dating site they say. I get messages from men who only meet one preference out of all I have. They say I am your age but leave out being attached, not close and all the rest. Its like one thing they meet should be enough for me. If I didn't care what age i wouldn't have my age only. If him being in a relationship was ok with me I wouldn't have no attached men. Just two examples of what most men do not meet. Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth. If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

That guy sounds like a politician or lawyer: EVASIVE AF It always cracks me up at the number of ' 69 ' year olds on this site. I have a buddy here who will be truly 69 this year, but of course his displayed age has been back-dated 5 or 6 years and has been since forever. Age-liars . . . always get caught.

and it sounds like your goals are perfectly reasonable, with twofold ness you are doubling your chances . With life events its never known when a faraway someone will become closer both in availabilty and geographics. I had an aunt who has since passed ,who lived on Moody St..old factory brick building turned into apts in Waltham . 190. Thank u for these comments.~~

zactly right. My issue is.....if you lie from the very beginning, everything from that point forward is based on a lie. Many dont understand that. Since..i dont go by profiles or pictures, ones words is all i have......and if we cant open n honestly communicate.....its a huge problem. .....and this guy...lol..he sidestepped that whole conversation. Good luck to him....elsewhere. Thank you for your thoughts...yup...unreal...indeed !!

....probably one of the more honest discussion on this site... I don't know why anyone would misrepresent... unless they have no desire to meet anyone... and even there, it's kinda lame... even if you only want to make online acquaintances a little honesty goes a long way.... ....as for the sex site/dating site thing.... that's a little murky .... everyone has different degrees of libido and curiosities.... if you are plain vanilla, simple dating sites might be perfect.... ...if you hope to meet folks where your interests and curiosities of a more physical nature line up, it makes more sense to interact with a group of like minded people....in all our other interests in life people who have an interest in something tend to congregate....thus the reason for a site like this....just my humble opinion.... ....and for the record, my stuff is current ... lol .... well some of the drawings I put in blog posts might be a bit dated.....artistic license ... lol ....

I completely agree Travel....its nice to see whom has viewed ya. Yet...once you have seen them and conversation begins...its the lies that i cant support. I would prefer to talk to someone who is honest even IF they dont meet the criteria....just be truthful about it. I have no issue with talking to someone...whoever and wherever they are. Its just made clear from the onset...there will be no bonus happening ~~ Thanks for your thoughts...

I am absolutely certain that I am 68 years old...I know that because I am fairly good with math, and I am able to subtract this year from my birth year and come up with an age....lol....I do NOT however know what age my profile claims that I am....nor do I recall wanting to project a particular age when I first logged into this site...hopefully my pants are not on fire.... Rob

Its getting harder to spot the fakes here and the amount of multiple profiles is getting worse. I try to be as honest as possible, and will disclose certain personal details to people i trust. Why lie? Whats the point. People who lie must never intend meeting. Just talk the talk.
